I’m Kent. I work a corporate job, as I’ve done since graduating college. If I had it to do over again, I’d pursue my creative interests. As a student, I had a talent for writing and drawing. At 8th grade graduation, I won the Art and English awards, and I’m extremely proud of that. However, I also excelled in math. A well-meaning teacher encouraged me to pursue my mathematical talent as a way to enhance my career options. So I abandoned my creative interests.

After college, I moved from Iowa to St. Louis to start my journey as the newest member of Corporate America. Soon, I developed a creative itch and took a few performing arts classes. I participated in several local community theater productions and began some creative writing (poetry) projects as well. I enjoyed various creative spurts over the years, but they’re few and far between. I created this online blog as a way to document my creative journal and see how it might affect my creative output. So we’ll see. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸคŽ๐Ÿ–ค
