The Chihuly in the Garden exhibit that just opened at the Missouri Botanical Garden in St. Louis does not disappoint. The glasswork is spectacularly beautiful. I enjoyed an early morning walk through the garden to explore the glass on Saturday morning. A cloudy, hazy sky offered a mysterious backdrop for the garden’s featured glasswork.

I'm from the small town of Bloomfield, Iowa. After graduating from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, I moved to St. Louis for a job, and have been here ever since. I never explored my creativity in a consistent manner before. I hope to become better at that.
