With all the custom T-shirt orders I’ve placed through Baked T’s lately, and because they require in-person design consultations for all in-store orders, I’ve made a lot of trips to the Delmar Loop in our University City neighborhood. It’s been wonderful. Every visit is a treat.
The street is lined with great shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. It also boasts the St. Louis Walk of Fame, highlighting famous St. Louisans. It even has a functioning trolley. Don’t get me started on that though. 🙄
While waiting for my custom tees to be “baked” I’ve dined at Blueberry Hill, Fitz’s, and Ben & Jerry’s shopped at Vintage Vinyl, Artisans in the Loop, Subterranean Books, and MO Art Supply, and strolled the entire length of Delmar Blvd. from Kingsland Ave. to Rosedale Ave. It’s been delightful experience. If you’re in the area, you should visit the Loop whenever you’re able. I’ll be sure to treat myself to it again and again before my move back to Iowa. 😊
